JOINING THE GREENEVILLE HIKING & CYCLING CLUB
ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT & CLUB APPLICATION
A family membership in the Greeneville Hiking & Cycling Club is only $15 per year and becomes due on January 1. You do not have to be a member to participate in our activities, but you will receive our quarterly schedule and newsletter plus a membership card which entitles you to discounts at several outdoor stores in the area. There are weekly e-mail updates that will enable you to receive the latest up-to-date information about our events. If you join in the fourth quarter, your dues will be effective for the following year.
Step 1: Print out and complete this form, the Annual Dues Payment & Club Application Form
Step 2: Go to the Waiver/Hold Harmless Agreement link on our website under the “JOIN THE CLUB” Menu Tab, print out that waiver/hold harmless release and completely fill it out.
Step 3: Mail your dues Payment, Annual Dues Payment & Club Application, and the Waiver/Hold Harmless Release form to the Club Treasurer as noted on the bottom of this Dues Payment Form. You may also bring these to one of our club meetings and give them to a club officer.
Once the Club Treasurer receives your dues and the completed forms, you should receive a letter of welcome from the club. If you do not receive this after a few weeks please contact us at the “Contact Us” link on this website or contact a club officer.
Join or renew your membership in the Greeneville Hiking & Cycling Club today: Annual dues are $15.00 per year.
